ill have some on rosies paying 8!

with horsell dominating they are sure to be a chance!!

If rosies get up i'd make a killing, i reckon most of the money would be on the top two...

There would be a bit of money about for Blackfriars and Hope Valley too, i reckon Hope Valley would see themselves better than 4's

Forward me a cheque and i'll gladly hold the bet!!

Hey Sprint, did you umpire the reserves on the weekend? regardless of whether you did or didnt, i thought the umps were very good on sat. No silly frees were paid and the whistle was kept away which was nice for a change, so well done to the umps there. Didnt stay for the A's but looked a good hard contest judging by the result. Going by feedback at the club sat night both sides had their chances to put the opposition away but Blacks got the bacon which is what counts at the end of the day. Focus has to quickly turn to plympton at plympton. Big ask, lets hope the dees bounce back. Cant wait for the triple header sat, one of the few great concepts of amateur footy!

I thought that the BOS umpire and the HV umpires were both good when we played them, although the BOS umpire wasn't the same one as the weekend just gone.

westminster 25/1
elizabeth 40/1

hard to seperate the top two but just gave it to pulteney..perhaps their result is fresher in my mind..if rosies get to second place and get a home final at the right time it may help get them into a GF and div 4

final relegation spot to be decided saturday week when we play smithfield..and the way we are going it will probably be us

I would have

Plympton $2.20
Pultney $3.20
Rosewater $7.50
Blackfriars $8.00
Hope Valley $10.00
Wosfc $16.00
Elizabeth $46.00

geez, you'll have a line a mile long of all Plympton, Pulteney & Hope Valley people trying to get on... I reckon thats the best odds you'll get on the top two at any bookmaker in the country, WOSFC would have to go elsewhere for value, Elizabethians would be better off keeping their money in their pockets no matter what the odds were, 'others preferred' as the form guides say...

not really that generous - based on my odds the book would be at 120% i.e bookmaker advantage of 20% over the punter which is pretty close to how TAB, Sportsbet etc operate - the previous posters were just a little harsh

Imo Rosewater would be happy to be flying under the radar, lets not forget they have a new coach and at least half a dozen or more new A grade players come in to their team. Takes time to gel and get used to the new coaches style. With games against Plympton, bfos and hope valley all at home in round two i expect them to be flying come finals time. Hopefully everyone continues to concentrate on young Horsell because there is a few guys running through their midfield who, left unguarded will grab a game by the scruff and rip it open. But only time will tell.
Between me and my brother we know everything.

fair call, i agree that there may be some value on offer for some teams i have listed but i honestly still feel its as open a division as i have seen in ages. Hope Valley probably look the best value at 10's but can only go off what i have seen & we took care of them reasonably comfortably (no doubt it will be much more difficult on their home deck)

Plympton have been the only side that has really touched us up which is why i have them as favorite, although their loss to HV and draw with Blackfriars really suprised me. Pultney have a very good side accross the board, and when Hound & Perrie play thats really just icing on the cake - we could use some icing like that!

all sides 1 through 6 look like they could knowck eachother off - jury is now out on Elizabeth who seem to have dropped off the face of the earth - looking forward to watching the clash this weekend
