Some big inclusions in to this game for both sides which should bring more people through the gates. Cupido, Ladhams, Ivens and possibly Ben Hart.

North should win having recently been far too good for South at Prospect. North have bounced back from all of their bad defeats this year and are the type of team that only need a spark to get them going on all cylinders. It will be interesting to see if South are satisfied with a finals win already under their belt or whether the win from last week will give them confidence to carry on. If South start like they did last week North will blow them out of the water, but if they can hang on early it should be a good game.

Whichever team wins this match will be closer to a Grand Final than they have been for 15 years.

I'm no mathematics expert but if you'd seen the only 2 draws between the clubs and there were none before that then doesn't 2 + 0 = 2?

A lot will depend upon how North Adelaide's team shapes up. All things being equal I'd probably go for North but I have a feeling South may be too good on this occasion.

I THINK SOUTH have a great chance to advance to the following week, mind you NORTH will be fairly fresh after last weeks non-effort.

Yes Mighty Eagles is on the mark, I thought I'd explained it to you at least twice before -.
The stats we display on here and the only one's that can be taken as accurate are those from 1907.
I'm sure there was quite a few draws earlier when scores were low but records kept were not accurate.
If I have to explain this to you again I'll throttle you with that candy stripe guernsey you were to games!

5 on the interchange but someone on the Roost picked up that Edwards was named in both the forward pocket and on the I/C bench so only 4.
Hart, White and O'Hara have been named in the ressies so there's a bit more depth this week.

O'Hara has been disappointing but other North supporters have been more harsh on him than I have, he's been soft at a lot of ruck contest but Im amazed at the amount of small stuff he does that quite often goes unnoticed, I'd say at least 10 goals have come from him getting quick handpasses out to a running player this year. I'd still have him in the team ahead of Wakelin, I'd even have Down (who has been named on the ressies I/C bench) ahead of Wakelin to tell the truth but Wakes is a trier.

In regard to the 4 on the bench, I'd say that'd be a precaution with a few players coming back from injury and the ressies being the day before the league.

If indeed O'Hara doesn't play for the League side, his consecutive games run will end at 77. It started in Round 17 2003, 56 for Eagles and 21 for North.

As far as I know, Brett James is the only player to have a longer current consecutive run than O'Hara - 126 matches, which started in the Elimination Final of 2000.
