Me and Bartman are having the discussion now.....for what its worth, I think the good div 6 sides would beat some of the div1R sides. BL, CLG and Heccies would all give them a go. Going by the players that have left our club, and where they are playing now, i think they'd put on a good show!
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!

he probably didnt hav his best game ever but imo he is our best player; quick, take a good mark and decent skills, kicked a very good goal after the 3 quarter time siren to giv clg the momentum heading into the last. hav to agree with you about the umpiring, i thought they were going to ruin the game by giving more poor decisions while the game was close.

i was close to that contest and harvey was lucky to have that kick! ducked the tackle and was given high. still was a good goal and smart play to open the angle up when the ump wasnt looking. i think when harvey is one of the more well known well players in div6 and when he makes a mistake people wil remember it

mitchell park vs c united- mitchell by 25 goals.
clg vs heccies- match of the round and because its at home clg by 5 goals.
lockleys vs paralowie- paralowie are better than the results show but have to beat a top 5 side before they can be seen as a force and i cant see that happening here lockleys by 5 goals.
west croydon vs trinity-west croydons forward line will be to big and strong for trinitys back half west croydon by 8 goals.

good luck all teams...

Everyone wrote Trinity off so ill brag about a good win, dont give a shit if im considered cocky, defensive or any of the other bull shit that gets posted. Trinity end of 3rd quarter 12 goals up, end score 6 goals up. Trinity for some reason has let the last quarter slip 2 weeks in a row now so im sure this will be addressed and rectified quickly i hope. Well done Trinity boys. Footy Budget Magoos corner didnt give my B grade boys a finals consideration so i will be looking to prove that prediction wrong ;)

Compliments to WC chairman went out of his way to be social and have a good chat. Best of luck to WC for the rest of the season.

  your funny!!!! its amazing hoiw good you guys think you are... obviously you guys can play, but c'mon were do you get off saying you'd win... you have no idea..... so your telling me you'd guys would knock off shocs B's who are currently 2nd in div 1 and iv seen 1st hand that they are very good side???????????

Im gonna do it again and stick up for the BL boys. You know what I find funny. Its that I am sure that last year everybody was saying to these BL boys "keep your heads up", "dont give up" and "its people like use that build a club that stick around in the tough times" etc etc but now that they have done what I'm sure most clubs in there position last year were dreaming of doing people want to bring them down. So what if they think they can take on the world. The majority of them deserve to come on here and say how good they are, its probably been along time since they have had this success. Keeping a lid on it playing div 6 is almost unheard of. Geez if we can turn our club around like they have next year I will be shouting it from the roof tops.
So I say Good work to the BLFC for getting there club in the position it is now. =D>

iam rapt to see BL do good, especially after what they were 2 years ago.... My club has been in that exact situation few years back... However when we started winning again, we didn't go off and make ridiculous claims about beating a D1R team sand still wouldn't now... we didn't go round say were going win the GF, we just played... Every one second on here we hear how good you are. Have some class when you win and be able to take some criticism, one person has a joke on here bout them and you better get out the tissues....

Gee this Div 6 Forum is all about Braham Lodge. I don't even want to click on it anymore. I said it at the start of the season and I'll say it again. They'll go up a div this year and who knows how they'll go next year. But in the long run, they'll never go anywhere. Just look at their B Grade. They have always struggled in their reserves, which to me says they buy a few quality players, but without them, they struggle, as has happened the last couple of years.

our B grade have always struggled with lack of our junior teams so if they train and try hard they will get a game.. we dont buy players we got lucky with our new coach bringing some mates over with him..

in my opinion its easy to play well against the bottom sides but a great player will play well against top sides too and i have never seen harvey play well against us. everytime we play clg someone called syd or sydney or wateva seems to stand up and play well

Well i suggest if u havent played against them this year u should do your homework better before posting crap u know nothing about. I dont know that they would be as good as some think taking on div 1 sides big jump from div 6 to div 1 but their entitled 2 voice their opinions and BL have done great things down at that club this year, i was quite impressed going there last week, all their boys rocked up in black slacks, club polos, they have the club song going when the boys run out and after the game and Payney has done a good job with the boys, some may see their determination on the field as cocky but i saw it as a lesson i want my boys to take on. BL know what they r playing for, they r focused and i think their positive attitude is getting them the results they want. Good on them for what they have done this year, if it was my club id be bragging about it too. Its a forum i thought thats what it is designed for to talk about your club.
How about instead of posting crap about BL,the same thing over and over post something positive about the club your involved with so there is something else to talk about.

well done to Bs. came from behind to win by 3 points.

Yeah disappointing day for the A grade. CLG are our bogey side, just cant seem to beat them. Was a scrappy affair, neither side could buy a goal, probably due to the pressure which was on all day.
And yes, the umpiring was terrible. Sub-standard, after some of the decisions I have seen paid over the past couple of week the umpires need to LEARN the rules. Apparently the 'Russell Ebert' above the head handpass is not a legitimate disposal!

next weeks game heccies vs b lodge will be a cracker of a game sure both clubs looking forward to it, heccies very good in round 2 only losing narrowly at blodges oval.

and what about the roos i seriously thought this side could really push for a top 5 finish this year another very ordinary performance again yesterday. Season going down hill in a big way which is not good for a team the has some bloody good players, i hope they can turn it around for the players that put in week in and week out.
