I'm not brave enough to say no, can never write him off.

But, he'll have to get it to at least 4, maybe 5 under - Which means Glover & Barnes will both have to shoot a couple over.

Tiger's putter looks in ominous form though, can see him holing a couple on the back nine tomorrow to give them all a scare.

Of course he can still win it OL..... look at it this way he is 2 shots of the main pack. the course average is 73. Say your 2 leaders shoot 73, they end up -4. Tiger is capable of shooting -4 0r -5 from here don't worry about that.
Would love him to make an 18 hole-playoff like last year.
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

I don't like Barnes chances, doubt he has the mental toughness to handle the pressure. It showed in the opening hole and his drive on 2.

For Whufc's sake i hope i'm wrong - But i'm gonna lay him for a bit.

If whufc layed off on betfair he could have had 2100 ish profit locked in at 2.22 (could still guarantee himself a $790 return at current odds of 6)

I tend to agree with you there mate, i think if somehow he can recover on this second hole it may give him a bit of confidence. I will be happy though if he gets away with just a bogie on the second hole.

I was interested that he took the bad light option after that terrible drive. I thought that he might have wanted to get this hole over a done with whether he bogies or double bogies it and then starts tomorrow fresh. Instead he has that first shot to start with and will probably bogie his first hole.

I will say while im still rationale and not cursing the poor bugger when he probably drops to even or some score like that. It may only be $5000 i can win which may not be alot to some people but what his performance has done win or lose is refound that thrill and the love for a punt that i first discovered. I think at times punters, myself included get to wrapped up about winning and making profits that we forget and lose that thrill of watching "your man" get over the line, but for me its back after this weekend.

I will add i have a bit of a good feeling about Hunter Mahon he currently sit at 2 under and has a history of being able to shot a very very very low round. He may be able to ride the wave of emotion play with safooty's own "big phil" mikelson

Agreed, has to be too aggressive from the tee to have any chance - and we all know how it ends when Mickelson gets greedy with the driver in the last round of a major, still hasn't caught on that slow and strady wins majors and getting greedy is just a recipe for disaster.

Have also had something on Weir, knows how to handle the pressure and win a major - And if he can replicate something like his first round, then he's right in it. Interesting nights viewing. Liking the early start, much better than getting up at 2-3am.

Anyone else absolutely astounded at what Ch10 have just done?

What a joke.

Was watching the golf on OneHD, then due to coverage starting on Ch10 they have taken it off OneHD - Only problem is Ch10's coverage is about 1 hour behind OneHd - So now we have to watch an hour of golf we've already watched.
