Please excuse me if this has been covered... i think today there was a grand final rematch between Gepps and Gullies?? . can someone confirm for me if this is the case. Was it played today? if so what was the result, my bro knows a bloke that plays for Gepps some I am curious... also am wanting to contact my bro and wondering if he's getting smashed down at the club tonight. thanks any responses appreciated. :D

I heard during the week they had a draw last week, and the re match was to be today, other than that I've got no idea.

They did draw last week, and the rematch was yesterday at Salisbury Oval, with Gullies getting up by 12 points. Gepps looked the better side in the first half and had a 3-4 goal break at half-time, but Gullies stormed back in the third quarter and were 3 points down at 3/4 time. A couple of quick goals at the start of the last term and Gepps just couldn't seem to get themselves seriously back in it.

James Wasley came off in the last quarter with a knee injury, not sure how bad but he wasn't put any weight on it at all as he was being helped off the ground.

Well done to the gullies. Had a bit more run in their legs in the last qtr whereas we were running on the spot.
