Well she should be aware of how you went because you took her to the club with you for the awards, that's where the best players get recognized, for all of those that care to see.

I actually got BOG in the paper against Hectorville this year. Couldn't effing believe it as I thought I had just an OK game.

My girlfriend shouted me to a tall stack at the pancake kitchen that night. I don't think I have the heart to tell her that in actual fact it was merely a decoy so that next weeks opposition think I can play.

lol morell..thats what im talking about..browny if you dont understand how the wheel turns to bad :P

if you read my post i said the coach can have 3 options..hide a best player, put a kid in to give him a buzz or just put who he thinks is the top 3..and all of these names would be asked of the coach after the game so he decides in 3-4 minutes and the names go in..its not rocket science!

we have hidden best players many times(not that its helped us lol )..and we always put a kid in the the top 3 so they get a real kick on sunday morning..seeing as your coach is a playing coach i am sure he prolly doesnt do best players votes either..so its someone else from within your club who does them :)

dont get votes at Brahma.. we get rated 1 to 7, with 7 being outstanding.. new thing they tried this year.. probably have 4 B n F winners..

out team manger does the names and he just double checks with our coach.. not a big deal

Well i'm interested to know how people on here know the best "21" when 95% only see the opposing teams twice a year??

Where else do they get their info? On a public forum (hahaha) and footy budgets where the reviews about players are taken from the best players in the sunday mail.

Anyway like i said, it makes for good reading (and an interesting topic)

i get what you you mean Browney..

no body knows how each player plays every week they only know how they play the two times they meet eachother in the minor round..

you take the paper for real best players

thats why i dis-agree on people making team of the years in this division.. i put names up from players i know are good players and have played against us well..

Not always.

I had one of my reviews lifted from this very forum and put into the Talking Amateurs budget.
