I think that's a bit harsh atm sprinter, they did play Plympton at home, some clubs struggle to play on parkland ovals. They have lost two games and GF's aren't played at home. They are very good, but so is Plympton, WOS and you guys.

indeed LM. still a fair bit of the race to by run yet. the odds represent the form at present. i'll take 8's at this point.
not sure there will be much movement from the upcoming round though. rosewater will be filthy after last week.
may have to send a couple of spies out to have a look at the other OS teams as we have them in the next 2 rounds.

I think we will all find that rosies will be breathing fire this week and it will take a huge effort for our boys to get over the line.

"My premiership favourite will show why" - by beating the 9th place team? huh?..they had their chance to be favourite last week but lost, beating kfc prooves nothing

"Record at home in last 3 years counts for something" - your only as good as your last game..pulteney will show why THEY are the premiership faves :)

"Making a late charge for the five" - wont make the 5..left it to late

"Expect a close hard fought game" - expect an easy win to blacks on their home turf

"My early season smokey looking ominous" - agree

We were 0-6 a few years ago and made it comfortably. Having said that, I highly doubt that we'll make the finals, we could be 6-7 after next weekend though. Fielding a competitive side from week to week is probably our aim from here on in.

As much as i have enjoyed stirring you and you having a crack back zed, your football knowledge seems to be quite broad, and your opinion`s are normally on the money. If Rosewater can pull themselve`s out of this little slump( 2 weeks now) and make the finals they may still be a chance?? But so far you odd`s are spot on well done ;) . I look forward to future banter.
Between me and my brother we know everything.

pigdog, the rosewater i saw when we played them was a very a good team..impressive..and they have a win against pulteney..their best in the right conditions is finals for sure..if they get it right..i would almost rate them alongside blacks as dangers to pulteney and plympton..you dont lose your skill, this might be apt with rosies..get the mental right maybe and who knows?
