I think that Kilburn may suprise a few clubs at the end of the year. They have a group of players that actually want to play at the club, instead of just playing for money. Should have won on the weekend against Seaton. Be interesting how other teams take care of their young players that are finding form such as Witcher, Hill, Urbancic, Wanganeen, Biggs and Parks.

I'm certain you won't qualify as a detective - I move around SAAFL circles enough to have a handle on whats going on. I have my own concerns about the umpires, but I find it poor that people simply find it easy to put blame on umpires when players make about 10 times more mistakes in a game than umpires.

If you can do better - get in touch with the umpiring department and give it your best shot!

Hmmmmm, Who's job is easier...actually playing the game or umpiring it? Probably the reason why blokes that dont cut it end up umpiring. There are definately exceptions however if you are comparing the difficulty in playing and officiating the game then you are dilusional...must be an umpire...or part of the saafl executive.....

I can play...hence...dont umpire.
Harsh but fair.....

Athelstone v Adel Uni- in a close one at home. 11-20
Flinders Pk v Broadview - 21-30
Eastern Pk v PHOS - end their losing game streak of 3. 21-30
Payenham v Kilburn - shouldn't have any doubts - 60+
Seaton v Pembroke - Would love to see the Rams win but unfortunately their paddling up sh!t creek without a rudder, the coach aint interested in taking training the last 6 weeks on a tuesday for some unknown reason which leaves the club in a non positive state. If this bloke don't pull his finger out his ar$e & show some interest this club is bound for Div3 action next year.
I say to him, think about those that LOVE the club & want whats BEST for it & they don't want Div3 for 2010.

Have to be a Coopers - I dont drink the SAAFL sponsors crap

Unfortunately I have to go to the Aldinga v Marion game this week, otherwise I would be at Seaton to watch the super Assistant Coach blow it again, so we'll sort another game

I ponder.............

Is Eastern Park's fairy tale over?
Can Broadview's super team live up to their expectations?
Flinders Park - which direction now?
Athelstone - Adelaide Uni - who wants it more?
Can Pembroke avoid relegation and, unbelievably, make the finals?
Is Boozehound selling a pup?
Will Andrew Graham make the team of ther year?
Has Bec Hewitt had a job?

Dont you love D2................other than Bec who just found 2 D's
