Nick Gill's a bit of a legend. Popped a shoulder out and took a hit to the nuts and played the game out.

Full credit to the Roosters. A good result with so many players down on the day. They've done well to still be alive generally as the Chooks haven't had a good run with injuries all year.

Not so sure about that Mungo, there is a small amount of luck, but I think the dogs have shown in the past 2 weeks that experience and the ability to execute the game plan (if the game plan itself is right) are the vital ingredients.

not at all, i dont HATE north.

last week they didnt put up much of an effort after 1/4 time and i know they had players missing, but still got thrashed around stoppages.

today i didnt see a lot to get enthusiastic about in terms of the rest of the finals series, and i would have said the same if south had of won.

also on todays effort i dont think the EAGLES will be troubling CENTRAL in a FINAL anytime soon.

Without a shadow of doubt North Adelaides win was one of
the most courageuous wins I have seen at SANFL level in my lifetime.
Jars, Punk,Wedge,PF, Drebin be proud of that effort, get it on video
and watch that game in years to come.

I was extremely proud of the boys mal. I will admit i thought we were gone and our season was over, what a waste of a year, then from nowhere we started to run hard and take big marks.
Lads is one of the most gifted players in the comp and we definitely missed him against Centrals. Gill only had one arm yet still played a huge part. I just hope we dont lose too many players to injury.
