A tough decision for Jarman, does he go in with a handfull of good players who are not 100% but can take the field or lesser players that are 100%

He has to play Gill fit or not. A half fit Gill is a better option than anyone who would come in for him.

I say let him play. He has not been damaging against the Eags all year so why should this be any different. If he's only half fit mores the better.

Getting in to the sweeping statements this afternoon ehl? Go look up their records and post again. Remember they are individuals, two people, not one person.

McKenzie has a suspected broken nose and Cooper a corked thigh. Macca would have played with the broken nose (and played well) for most of the game last week anyway so I'm sure he'll be fine.

In the six years they have been here, they have probably been reported 6 times between them and I don't think they have EVER been suspended. Pretty good record for a pair of supposed thugs!

Eaglehaslanded - they play the same way as your man Cicolella (or should I say Cicolosintocentrals - damn couldn't resist). Hard at it, aggressive, agitational. Yet you love him.

And that report on the weekend was a joke.

I disagree, I rate Cicolella as more of a sniper where I rate the Gowans lads as more in your face having a go at others when they're looking sort of blokes.

I actually think your post is insulting to the Gowans.

Can someone confirm a nasty rumour I heard earlier this year that we passed on the opportunity to recruit the Gowans when they first came to Adelaide??

The Gowans are all good and play the game in the right spirit hard but fair, not quarter asked no quarter given. I wish they were in black and gold........
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Wouldn't suprise me after hearing of the way the Bays had first dibs on Gill and didn't even talk to him personally.

A North man told me GILL went to North for less money.
He signed with North because the club got him into a
education course at uni ?

Yeah he's definately studying and something quite difficult, I was suprised when a board member told me as I'd heard stories at how they were looking at employing an extra bottle shop attendant to add the money up for Gilly when he was working there.
