Saturday, 11 July 2009
Kenilworth 04.05 29 v 21.13 139 Westminster OS
Pulteney 16.10 106 v 15.08 98 Blackfriars OS
Ingle Farm 05.11 41 v 30.11 191 Plympton
Rosewater 18.13 121 v 10.12 72 Hope Valley
Elizabeth 14.09 93 v 09.11 65 Smithfield

What's happening out at Hope Valley. They've lost the last 5 by an average of 42 points. For a side who showed so much promise in the 1st half of the season they seem to have dropped off the ball. Few key A Graders out? I wouldn't think depth would be an issue with such a solid B Grade.

On the other hand, Rosewater seem to have turned a corner at the right time of the year, with Ingle Farm next week they have a good opportunity to build momentum in their clash with Plympton.

What the hell happened in the BOS v Pultney B Grade game??!

Injuries are really hurting us at the moment. Lost a couple more from todays game. The flow on effect saw about 6 x U/18's play C grade to help out, 3 or 4 in the B grade and even an under 16 lad played A grade today. It's not an excuse because every club gets injuries, but we seem to have copped a bad run all at the same time, instead of just a few here and a few there.

Depth is only good if all the players beneath the A grade are available to play as well

When it rains it pours. At least you're able to blood a few at senior level I guess. Looks like it might be an uphill battle for you guys to make finals, although I'd still expect you to win 4 out of the next 5 games. In a Div this close, who knows. That 5th spot is gonna be bloody tightly contested.

We have just finsihed a very tough month, basically playing the Top 5 sides all in a row!! Hopefully we can get a few back and get back on the winners list in the next couple of weeks. All starts next week against Kenilworth. Hopefully the past players can help spur the boys on to victory!

Obviously wrong with a prediction. We are all guilty of that on here. I notice you didnt have the testicular fortitude to challenge him on here before the game. Quite easy to say "Bogus Info" after its done and dusted....... No guts no glory....

Yes, Congrats to Jim Smith 15 goals! Great Acheivement. Gino was in queensland this week so he missed out.

Good win by plympton but i will take my hat off to the farmers as they never stopped tryin all day. Got some good juniors comin through hopefully they can stick around for ingle farm and im sure success is not too far away. As said before great facilities out at rowe park as well.
