Does it annoy you at all that all your wins have come against Woodville, West Torrens and West adelaide?
Would you rather have beaten Port, Norwood, North or Sturt?
Does that impact on who you are supporting this weekend?
If I were a dog fan I couldnt care who we played as long as we won. However if I had a choice I would like to knock over a traditional powerhouse.
BTW I am in no way trying to detract from your achievements.

Thanks for selectively quoting my post. Any chance you could read all the way to the end of it?Pseudo wrote:smac wrote:On the other hand, one of the few legitimate sledges left against the club is "you haven't beaten a powerhouse". Balderdash. The Eagles are a modern powerhouse. Any sentence referring to Port or Sturt as a powerhouse would necessarily be phrased in past tense.
No matter who you beat in a Grand Final, you beat one of the top two teams in the league.

Not sure if the Eagles quite qualify as a powerhouse
