I beg to differ DC.... I will bet on fly's going up a wall if I get VALUE..... because in the long run I will win.....

If I back a $15 pop and it wins 1 in 10 times.... is that not good????

I only back OVERS..... hence I didnt have a bet yesterday as nothing stood out (after plenty of study...I left them alone)

Anyway my last 3 JC's have been $500 on Gatt at $2 WINS.... $100 on McGill at $15 WINS..... ($20 on B Park as a saver)... $200 on my all-up (McEvoy/Williams) today and my $100 bet on D torneuer who was over the odds @ $4.60 (in front with 1 race to go).

Anyone agree with me?

Nice run you have going there I agree V is for value but value is tough to find when the market is 130% minimum. We are all here to back winners and I applaud your recent efforts but my point is there wouldn't be a JC if the bookies were losing

My advice, take it or leave it, is tread very carefully because when you run bad on these types of bets the layers (tab and corps) have a HUGE amount in their favour (late scratchings, injuries, dh rule ( )) and every other rider in the field going for them.

Good punting AG but imo there are much easier and less painful ways to beat the bookies

1 ride Nielson... Even if the $4 chance he is on wins and no other jock got more than 3 points (highly unlikely that no jock gets to 4 points) he would still have a 8 way tie.... so you return would be about $1.10
