Cabinet maker, anyone?

Postby Dissident » Mon Sep 25, 2006 3:42 pm

Hi everyone,

In my house, I have a space in the kitchen. It's about 1200 wide and say, 400 - 500 deep. At the moment there's an old buffet thing in the space but it looks tacky, and a waste of space.

What I want to do, is get a buffet built in to the space, making more of the area and obviously have it customised to what I want.

Can anyone recommend a cabinet maker for this? Or, if not a cabinet maker - what sort of person could help?

The space is in the following photo on the right - although it's only half of it (best I have at the moment!)

Didn't one of the Gowans have an accident at work a couple of years ago where he staple gunned his hand to a piece of wood?

for the record it was a nail gun and aslong as you dont hit any bones or tendons you get away with a few band aids and be back at work in a couple of days

Jade Sheedy had a disagreement with a chisel a while back didnt he???

I have had a similar experience Maddog I tried to cut off my finger with a cutting blade attached to a angle grinder (by accident of course). 5 mins later I was back at work using the same bloody grinder too.
