MAGOOS: GO YOU LEGS!!

Postby Rik E Boy » Fri Oct 06, 2006 1:32 pm

Ah, the Reserves Grand Final (the other white meat). Go you Redlegs and let's do a good job of plucking those Chooks, they'll have a few missing from the last time we played em so not without a chance.

GO LEGS!!

I'd imagine thats the case ... Think you had to play more Res. than league games, or 3 of the last 5 minor round matches (or something like that).

North know what it takes to win a GF (although I'm not sure how many of this weekends team played in the GF last year) so it's a big ask for the boys, but I have no doubt they will acquit themselves well.

GO YOU LEGGIES!!

Unless some of the spoons handed out on "Spoonday" TM were Silver it's been a while ... Played in the 19's GF 2 or 3 years ago, but other than that I can't recall a flag since the 98 Reserves

Two top sides at the end of the minor round they deserve to play in the big one. Go the Roosters :)

This might upset a few people but probably not looking at the lack of response to this thread by North supporters.
I'll be there tomorrow but am pretty non plussed about the whole game and I can confidently say I think this game will mean a lot more to Norwood supporters than us.
I think its a combination of our ressies winning it last year and with the league team getting so close.

Norwood desperately need some good news. It's been an ordinary couple of years and the supporters should get out there and cheer for our beloved Redlegs..come on you Crows fans...remember why you followed football in the first place..get out and cheer on the Red and the Blue.

I totally agree Wedgie, after 4 years of no finals and off-field bulls**t this ressies grand final means a LOT to the Norwood Football Club!

Roosters pounding em. 14.4 to 4.8..frustrated Legs attempting to go the biff...haven't been in the same class as North all day.

I'm obviously disappointed with Norwood's score in the GF, I will never understand how a team can get thrashed in Grand Finals. If you can't be up tpo somewhere near your best on Grand Final day, you've got a bit of a mental problem as far as I'm concerned. We've seen it in the 2 junior GFs and also the Ressies. Let's hope the big one is a little closer.
