What happened in the SPOC and Mitcham game? I wasn't expecting it to be such a close contest considering IMO SPOC (and Walkerville) have been the form side(s) of the comp this year.

Where's Thornton going?

He will be at Portland next year, not sure in what capacity though. Very keen to have a kick again, i know that.

Just a great effort by our lads yesterday (and last night), really wanted to finsh on a good note but unfortunately just couldn't get the last score we needed to get across the line. Having said that, they were missing probably their 5 best players, makes a big difference to a side.

Woodville South, from div 1 to 4 in 5 years, pretty rapid drop...

We just managed to pip you guys at the post Hawkie - only time we have been above you on the ladder all year ! :D ;)

Tyson from Iggies looked in a bad way, suspected broken leg i hear. Any news on that ? He did it very early in the game.

Why wouldn't he be coaching??
A premiership and survival in 2 years right?

His decision, but club and players want him to continue for sure. I think its a matter of juggling work travel and other commitments.

As i have said before, he has been very, very good for our footy club, and he will be involved at Portland in some way in 2010.

We had our B&F count today, and well done to ruckman Josh Perkins on winning, from J Wareing and the big, crazy Jon Coppins. Perko has been outstanding all year, i dont think he has been beaten all year in the ruck, even though he is probably the shortest ruckman in D3. Would have to be a team of the year certainty...

No wonder you nearly got relegated if Coppo got third best. How'd the Felch go yesterday?

What a drunken pig Felch is though. Went in tonight to buy him a drink for his last game and he pissed off after getting the drink. Terrible drunken behaviour from the Super Coach. That Fisty and Piccachu although never have met until tonight are both fat and both drunks. Sounds like me a bit - sorry to all the drunken pigs out there in footy land like me, Fisty and Piccachu. You two are a disgrace. Piccachu - cant believe how fat you really are. Picked you for the medal in D3 earlier in the piece but how can you pick an absolute porker to win the Medal. Not many fat cu**s win a Medal. You told me tonight you were favourite as well. Disgraceful attitude to rate yourself above the opposition Mr Piccachua and for you Mr Fisty - disgraceful - 140kg

Yes piccchu has put on a few kgs this season still only half as fat as you, fisty is far from fat he is a saint. dont no how many cans you had with felch, must have been a fair few as i wasnt drinking last night. i was just really happy for you that you let go of hodges pocket for a couple of hours and did something with out mr hodges big shadow casting over you. PS you look like a 70s porn star :D

Haha, he is an interesting bloke Coppo. Can play though. He was our best by a fair way yesterday.

I went ok, actually got a kick or 2 in the first half  . Did my calf in the third, but still managed to hobble around making a nuisance of myself. Had a blast though, and was good to play in the same side as the big fella Thornton. Great to get our second win of the year, the guys deserved it after sticking together - very easy to chuck it in when things arent going your way.

I have a few sore spots today though... :(

Lent him my jeans one night so he could go out, they had holes in the pockets, he couldn't work out why he spent so much money

A few weeks ago vs Mitcham, he went absolutely off his rocker, abusing the ump and giving him the bird. It resulted in a couple of 25 metre penalties and a Mitcham goal. Obviously he got dragged and was read the riot act by Andy. His response was along the lines of 'I cant help it, i wont ever stop doing it, get me a shrink !!!'

He was then put straight back on the ground, and basically won us the game !!!

But at least looking like the Porn star means I have used my old fella for more than just holding it and playing with and the occasional game of pocket billiards - unlike your good self Mr Piccachu :D :D :D - PS - the shadow that Mr Hodges casts is roughly the same size that both you and Fisty are getting close to casting

and yes I am glad I called in for 1 drink with Felch and was the last to get kicked out. Lucky the car was still in the spot at 5pm Sunday arvo when picking it up. Every chance that it would have been burnt out.

i think your honesty is questionable gottabekidding, you were far from the last to leave the club as several of us didnt leave, as we had the B&F count today we thought we would keep the ball rolling into today struggling now though. you have a mustache that reminds me of road kill

Lets put it this way then - they had closed the bar and got a lift home with your uncle. As you slept in the trainers room you probably had a key to get back in and have a pipline from the keg to your fat little choppers and into your ever increasing fat guts. By the time next season gets round you will be fatter than Fisty
