Continual "head in the sand" mentalities only hold the league back, maybe next year or the year after if Loby or Bridgy's hit the wall even more than they have this season, they might realise that it's time.
Blind Freddy can see it, why can't you?
Incidentally, constitutions can be amended/changed to suit the circumstances of the present era, doesn't take a lot to do it either. Just a little bit of foresight, that's all!

If you did know about the issue like you think you did, than you would know that the HFL have asked the clubs for any submissions on a plan for promotion/relegation so that the board can then take these ideas and make some proposals to the clubs so they can make a decision on it later this year.
So perhaps you should get to know a leagues issues and the steps being taken to rectify them before you sprouting off like you know all the answers to the football worlds problems.

No, not at all. Just seems strange that someone who is involved mostly with the SAAFL thinks they know best how to run a country league.
It's amazing how all of a sudden we have a side who is getting flogged and gets some media coverage and all these outsiders think that the league is falling apart and needs an overhaul.

If the club delagates voted against any constitutional changes so be it. With what i have read over 3 years in the SAAFL threads that not many clubs from Div 1 to the lowest Divisions think that your association is run that well either ace.

Not about to argue about that point either but I thought everything was open to improvement. Surely looking at the HFL structure and same applies to the SFL, clubs that cop floggings week after week should benefit from a comp in 2 divisions with a promotion/relegation system. They may well still not win unless they recruit properly or promote juniors, but to even the competition up a bit makes things more appealing, surely.
