Of all media, Channel 2 led their sports news tonight with a story that Robert Pyman may be Sturt's new coach!

He's been offered a long-term contract, according to the latest rumour.

Who knows.
Someone involved very closely with Sturt told me on Magarey Medal Night told me win or lose Ron Fuller was on the short list too! :?

word has it that all first round applicants have not convinced sturt officials to apppoint

werent stuart totham and robbie pyman teammates at one stage!!!!

may not be the first time in the next few weeks a mate is employed...


i didnt relise steve nolis and ben kavenagh were running partners

Keep hearing all these names but none better than Brodie. That's not to say Brodie would be any good, just that I haven't heard anyone better. At least he's a premiership coach, for Portland, but that's more than some of the names being bandied about. Must admit, I thought he was a shoo-in, but obviously not. Can't see PieMan being the answer though...

Give him a break - that was a fair while ago and he has well and truely copped enough abuse over its supposed goings on.

He is a sturt legend through and through now.

Loyalty obviously isn't his biggest and best trait.
