Anyhow, FF how's Lindblom Park shaping up for this weekend ? In good nick ??

Oval always holds up well. I reckon the oval was going to be mowed today! They mowed around the oval yesterday, but the gates were locked to get onto the oval apparently so hopefully they do it today! You GG boys hanging around to watch the A grade game after? Always a ripper barbie and plenty of frothies available! :D

Let me see..... hang around and watch footy and drink frothies or go home and listen to screaming kids, get given chores by Mrs Choc and be nagged... :-k

I'm hanging around for sure !!! ;) Very keen to see how the Pooraka/Fitzroy game pans out too.... should be a belter !!

So...........wet day - will it affect the footy?

I wouldn't have thought it would affect Lindblom Park that much. It seemed to be pretty dry out there but I dont know about Marineland or whatever its called today. And will Roo and Mods play? But, of course, they aren't named...................

Gotta agree with that - BBQ up there with the best and a barman that rolls the Pale Ale before opening it - all class.

Just curious about something ff - Are the clubrooms short in height? I would have though a ruckman would spill a lot from drinking with his head on a slant. Was Rod Carter a junior with Pooraka?

Disgraceful behaviour at CBC - only WED and Tooheys New but I suppose I can only blame myself for exposing the hypocritical decisions of the League

Fortunately the President turned up with an esky full of proper beer for some of our VIP guests. Needless to say, they were scavanged by the thirsty regulars

Fitzroy played some great footy on Saturday and were very impressive.
Well done to PAOC in the reserves. Too good for us once the wet settled in but we hope to get a rematch in a couple of weeks. Lindblom Park hasn't been good to us this year... :?
