UNi knocked Pooraka off today. Highlight of the day i've been told was a steaker who ran across the oval, stood on the other side talking to someone for about 10 min then ran back again. I'd say mad monday came early at Pooraka.

Would you be surprised if a steaker was at Bull Park?

You don't mean that Jimmy... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Yes I do - losing one match will make you harder - you are still favourites for the flag

the streaker was a shambles - what's the point of streaking if you're going to hide your goods?
but was very funny.

Even if you are taking the pish Jimmy you are correct it was almost the loss we needed to have, that and having another week off would have been more detrimental to our chances had we won. Having said this we were very dissapointed to lose! Must say Jimmy hats off to your C grade boys, good side and humble winners! Heard a few of them talking after the game and they still rate us highly and realise how under done we were on Sunday, they wanted the ball harder than us and played the body really well! Hopefully we get the opportunity to play off for the flag! Clearly the best 2 sides in the comp for the year only losing to each other. Im curious as to how many NEW faces we may see this week for UNI??

reiteration number 6

saafl rules state that people have to have played the majority of games at that level or lower. if players have played a higher finals game they then have to have played 70% of matches to play a lower grade final if that higher team goes out of finals.

uni's higher grades are not in the finals so nobody is coming down.

chances are with 8 sides there'sw bound to be a few faces you don't recognise - i'm a coach and i still struggle. :)

will be a good one - especially with gg being grumpy as heck about losing last week.
perhaps the rain and wind will stay away this week.
another day of running in the wet will ruin my constitution.
