cant split the GF yet..looks like its at st marys..wos may feel quite at home there and are match hardened

You guys did it and couldnt sustain it, same with Smithfield in rd 18, elizabeth a few weeks before hand...

They all knew, and so did Westminster.

It would have played out like a well written script for the WOS coaches!

Kenilworth must bea laughing all the way to the bank with all these matches at panther park.

been a good finals series for the club..much like last year with the div 2 teams..correct oval chosen for this game, will be a cracker..your u/18s beat our boys yesterday jabber if that any consolation..some good kids there for both teams

Clubs got a great junior program, hopefully the players stay at plympton and not bugger off to SANFL clubs, didnt go to the footy yesterday, went to the show and got hammered in the food and wine pavillion in order to forget about saturday. Ended up purchasing 39 bottles!

Coached us for a few years about 5 years ago, then came back this year, said he was in for 2-3 years, but i dunno what happened.

I dont know the full story, so i'm not going to got oo far into the why's, but it is just something that i'd heard.

Wasn't too interested in going back to the club on saturday night to be honest, so don't know the full story, but the mail i had was that he'd resigned to the team after the game and there was a 1hr meeting back at the club after the game between coaches and the plympton board.

Was always going to be the case and was stated early that he was only ever going to play 4 games to qualify and then be available for finals and agree very hard for poor bloke playing the majority to be left out but have to put best side on the park in finals and GF.

Please don't torture me when im already vulnerable!

What we need is D Minervini, wasn't even afforded an interview last year after applying, disgrace in my oppinion that a quality coach like that can't get an interview.

Coached South Reserves last year and is at Nairne Bremmer this year.

Went down to the last 2 at Brighton when Tony Francis was appointed as well. Spent the year at SHOCs instead. He is a good coach.

Very good coach, not saying he should have got the job in front of symonds, but should have at least been given an interview.

It baffled me, and a lot of other people.

I was really surprised to see Westminster lose this game....

Westminster will struggle to stay afloat in Div 5. To many soft bodies, sure they can run but just aint willing to go in hard enuff. Famous for chokin come August as well

Any chance you can find the post where I stated that Westminster were my smokey for this year? :D

I'm trying to, but the search only highlights the word I used in the thread, this being "smokey", it doesn't narrow it down and you still have to look through every page to find that word!! I gave up after 30 odd pages!
