I reckon you have big shoes to fill Dodgy, as you would have to be the heir to the throne ... As Grubs understudy and right hand man, you need to get this thread back on track ... Do it for Grub mate, you know it's what he would have wanted! ;)

AG still alive lads..... dont write me off just yet.... more than one way to skin a cat.....

Im in more trouble than the early settlers as I was a full time punter there for a period and the net use is damming evidence.

Thursdays showdown looks like this.....

AG slap on the wrist $4
AG Official written warning $2.20
AG Shown the door $1.90

Keep up nthe good work I will still check in daily...

Handing the mantle over to you dodgy.... I have always admired your work and you are the obvious one to lead this thread into the future. All the best

Grub can weasle his way out of any situation. I'll take the $4 for a slap on the wrist. V is for value!

Time to re-ignite this thread lads, and it seems i'm the right man for the job. As Grub's protege' for so many seasons, I am honoured and privileged to lead the charges into battle and am under no illusion as to the difficulty of this task. It will require a concerted team effort from my disciples - Brod, Willy, Blues, Johno, CP, and anyone else i might've missed in this emotional time.

I just hope none of us have the same fate as AG... I would love his profit tho

Brod, what do you think of a 'co-captain' scheme.

I've got big boots to fill then.

Lets start with - Note: Definitely Ready (Kavanagh horse that bolted in at Morphettville in impressive time) is in the first today at Sandown - Michael Rodd aboard and will start short but creates some interest)

Brent Evans at Sandown $12.00 (Difficult day, Williams $1.30) If Brent can snare a few pts on his good rides then we're a chance.

Simon Price at Morphettville $2.80 (Looks too good)

Michael Hellyer at Doombed $3.40 - A few good rides, Cassidy too short.

Stathi at Newcastle $6.50 - Good rides late
