looking forward to watching this game on FOX

Question, in round 1 did Adel Unit play Melb Victory in Melb, if so seems a bit unusual to play them twice in 8 weeks away

the A League body has to look at the Muscut incident, what a disgrace

the Ref could of handled that better

1. Muscut went into the Adelaide officials area

2. No player should touch an official from another club

3. If the ref is going to evict Kosi, surely he needs to do the same to Muscut

Memo to the Australian Diving Governing Body, if your looking for new talent plenty of great divers AT THE MELB Victory Football Club

Article below - interesting with Muscat still involved in the socceroos and Kossie the Asst coach!!!

Kosmina grabs Muscat by the throat

October 15, 2006 A-LEAGUE officials will investigate the angry physical altercation between Adelaide United coach John Kosmina and Melbourne Victory captain Kevin Muscat at Telstra Dome tonight.

Kosmina was sent from the sideline after tempers boiled over late in the match.

The United coach and Muscat became embroiled in a dust-up after the Victory captain tried to retrieve a ball from under Kosmina's chair, sending him sprawling to the turf in the process.

Kosmina got up and grabbed Muscat by the throat, with players and officials having to separate the pair.

Referee Matthew Breeze banished Kosmina from the technical area and appeared to give Muscat a yellow card.

Breeze indicated after the match that he would file a referee's incident report with Football Federation Australia tomorrow morning.

Kosmina defended his role in the blow-up.

"I don't like being assaulted," Kosmina said.

"I went to pick the ball up and got cleaned up for no apparent reason. He's not supposed to come into our technical area.

"If there is (fallout from the incident), you live with it, don't you?"

But Kosmina and Muscat - recognised as two of the fiercest competitors in football in Australia - both said they "had a laugh" about the incident after the match.

Muscat said he had slipped while racing into the technical area to retrieve the ball, sending him crashing into Kosmina's chair and sending Kosmina to the ground.

But he said there was nothing in the incident, and they had laughed it off afterwards.

"We were 1-0 down, I was trying to get the ball and I slipped," Muscat said.

"Nothing in it at all.

"I had a laugh with him afterwards - no problem."

Whatever happens tomorrow, Kosmina will probably still be happy after his team inflicted a counter-attacking sucker punch on Victory to end its run of seven successive wins this season.

Agreed regarding fox, I had the screen spit for a while, one half on the soccer the other half on the cricket

In regards to Muscut, he should not of been in the Adelaide bench area, understand they were 1 nil down but like AFL they have soccer balls positioned all around the side lines

the league needs to look at how they zone these areas off from general play and the penalty for players for breaching these zones

good game though, can't wait for the return clash in Adelaide

Near riot from the victory fans @ the end, pretty insane that we had 2 go on the pitch and down the players race to get out, becouse a few hundred victorians are trying to smash a fence down to get to us, had plenty of bottles thrown at us (glass included) from all directions and above from the higher levels, they just dont handle losing to well at all, makes it so much more fun when you win and they carry on like that.

What a fantastic win by the boys. Normal service has resumed, another game against the Victory, another 1-0 win.

The Tards are whinging about the antics of Kossie and Bajic, Muscat should get suspended for the shirt front but i have heard he has been cleared.
