I just looked at my calender and realised it's only October 2009....Massive call here Scotty, interested to know what makes you say this? Considering we don't even know the definate teams in div 7 for 2010 and nobody knows how some clubs have recruited or who they will be recruiting this is a brave call, I like it but just want to know why?

Ah Riddler, this guy has "crystal balls" and can even tell you who will win the Div 7 medal.

Ovingham will not win the spoon next year is my hot tip!!! with a few extra names on the list and a few ex players coming back we should be right to go with two teams and a touch more competitive than this year (although we were competitive, just couldn't win games)

The Div 7R medal might be a tad more interesting with Anthony Dodd being an old fart and might only play in the 2's next year for us so hopefully he could knock legrand off.
As for us Winning the flag i hope we can but im not sure of many new recruits at the moment so news to me

interesting there Barnyard, how did Nick Meiers go? was he up there at the top?
Loveder and Tonkin were two names that were expected to poll well in the meday and Nicky pipped everyone, would be interesting to see how the Henley folk rated his year...

They getting a few players back that left after the 2005 season?

If they can get a junior side of the footy club going, they'll be a huge force within the next 10-15 years, much like Golden Grove are doing.'00'02'03'07 wrote:The_Warrior wrote:A very big decision was made tonight in the future of St Paul's...a unanimous decision was reached by all members and from 2010 and beyond St Paul's Old Scholars Football Club will now be known as Mawson Lakes Football Club.
Excellent decision for the Saints. Will help attract players that they may not have attracted in the past. I would imagine it would also help out with the sponsorship from the local businesses. All the best to them next year.
