gdp,

r1 chances 1,2,7 with next best 9 (if 2 found the lead it would be a moral but i dont think 1 will hand up but he might after its last run)
r2 only two winning chances 4,5 i have 4 on top as it meets the 5 10 metres better off & should find the lead first & therefore win for multis 1,2,6
r3 very open race 1,3,8,9 with a ? on 5 the top two are 8,9
r4 another open race with chances being 1,3,4,5,7 the top pick is 7
r5 only three chances 3,7,9
r6 another open race 3,4,5,7 next best is 2 top pick 3
r7 while we have ?'s on 1,9 so watch market, the chances would be 6,7,8,10 i'd have 7 on top, but con.perm would be able to tell us more

for those working of the race book r5 no7 (george jetson) is to be driven by george jetson :o :o  i'd suggest dannie hill will drive it

suggested bets,
allup
r1 no2 win (rated 6/4)
r2 no4 win (rated evens)

dutchy's betfair lay of the day
while this can win i'd lay r2 no 5 for the reason above as you may get better odds that way than backing the 4 win plus you have the rest going for you as well

good luck on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

R1 - Watch for a speed burn early, as both 1 and 2 will try and lead, think this might help the 7 in a very hard race.. also a chance to 9 (went ok Friday)
R2 - 4 and 5 the hardest to beat - but if 1 trots throughout, can be competitive, does go good
R3 - The form out of 1's last run is outstanding - will lead and win.. 3,5,7,9 and bayman (8) to run a place
R4 - 7 and 8 the chances here, also look for an improved showing from 1 and place chances to 2,3,4
R5 - Shocking race, expect 1,3,4,5,8 to fight out last spot with 6 not far infront of them.. leaves in this order 2,10,9,7 as the only chances.
R6 - 3 to step and win from 2,4,5,7 and maybe 6 running into 3rd.. only maybe though...
R7 - Another shocking race, 3 and 5 should join the 5 horses in race 5 to make a "super losers race" but if you have to bet in this, take 7,8 as the main chances from 2,4,6,10 (don't worry about 1 - trainer struggles to get them going!!)

Suggested Bets
Treble..
1 / 7,8 / 2,7,9,10 for a few dollars and
1/ 7 / 2,9,10 for even more

ALL UP
R3 - 1W
R4 - 7P
R6 - 3W

As for Laying horses...
R1 - 4 (can't run money)
R4 - 6 (can't run money)
R5 - 3 (change of stables - can't run money)
R6 - 1 (can't run money)

well i missed my allup but got the treble for $2.00 i still cant believe the first leg winner paid $15 odd, i had it 4/1 & that was with the scratched our connor mac in the field, as it was always going to lead as the 1,2 have no early speed

i got back with interest what i lost on saturday, remember karloo mick e/w tomorrow it went as good as the favourite did when they met last time

BAYMAN it was $26 on course with Dammerell
I had it 5/1 as it was a leader and Portea Blue was a risk in that race.

pd was lucky it wasn't a saturday as i would've had 500/20 e/w or even more i hope you backed it ?

it goes to show that it still pays to be on track just for an error every now & then

dutchy we're in a drought :!: but yes they got washed out after about 4 races the last race they ran should've been a no race as the mobile couldn't get away from them & the quickest begginner in the land (& probably since level advice) (no i did not bet in this race) couldn't get near them as the mobile was in its way & in the way of a few other horses as well

mal,
have your go at me fine, but when they run on saturday & win on monday point that out as well, stick to your dogs which you do know about & who is giving you prices ? as its not you doing markets that i know for sure & if your so concerned about dogs or horses running (too often) put your complaint to the rspca & we'll see how far you get

When I talk about dogs being overaced not a problem
When I talk about races horses being overaced not a problem
When I talk about pacers being overaced a certain Glenelg barrackering
106.5 kilo person in this gambling room takes offence.
Even if that person was living in the Franz Joseph Islands and isolated from
everything in the Southern Hemisphere, I would still be saying its crapp how
aniMALS get overaced.
Lets get one thing staight I am an aniMAL lover, I hate seeing greyhounds
being massacred by backyard trainers, and am bemused at the training methods
in the other 2 codes but dont think they are anywhere near as bad as dogs.

A trotter called Switcheroo won at its 3rd start in a week last month, I have
seen several short priced horses in the last 3 months fail after have a third run
in a week, there were 2 yesterday, there was Lord Larry who was beaten a
couple of times at odds on, and i stand to be corrected and ridiculed but I cant
recall a pacer winning 3rd run in a week at GDP.

CHALLENGE to whom it concerns list all the pacers in SA who are having thier 3rd
run in a week and put up the results.
I was on Portsea Blue yesterday and as I dont study the pacers too hard had not
realised it raced at GDP 2 days before, so I was angry at myself for being on it.
