Heard last night from a person who worked for a leading Govt Financial provider that several cases of bullying & harassment are causing no end of problems within the organisation.
Major issue seems to be the main guy in charge of the place is set to retire soon and couldn't care less about it and is sweeping it "under the carpet"
This person has been a victim and when it was brought to the boss's attention, he leaked the info to the person who allegedly had caused it which has created all sorts of problems.
