gdp, this looks like a night we can make money albeit with a couple of shorties on an allup basis

r1 i think 1 will win either by leading or sitting on the back of 5 other chances 2,,5,9 with place hopes to 7,10
r2 main chances to 8,9,10 with a watch on 4 as is back here but with a new trainer
r3 main hopes 1,7 with f4 hopes to 2,3,4,5,6
r4 the pole is a moral will lead & win (rated 1/4) main exacta chance 3 with other multi hopes 5,7,8,9
r5 only two hopes 1,8 next best 4 but 1,8 should run the quinella i have a slight leaning to 8
r6 well the 6 showed us last week it is the best horse in the state & it will win again (rated 1/3) i believe the 2 will lead & then hand up to stablemate & run 2nd for third 1,3,5 best of them is 3
r7 only four chances 2,3,4,6 with top pick 2
r8 chances 1,3,4 5 in a hard race
r9 the third good thing is 5 & i'll be happy to take the evens jimmy jacques quoted tonight on radio as it'll be closer to 1/5 main exacta chance is scd's horse 3 while for t'fs 2,4

suggested bets

allup
r4 no 1 win
r6 no 6 win
r9 no 5 win

if you want something with a bit more value
r1 no 1
otherwise first 4's & t'fs are the way to go

good luck on the punt

i'll better put dutchy's betfair lays
r1 no 9
r2 no 10
r3 no 8 put up 300/1 it'll run last
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

fortuneate

Postby bayman » Sun Oct 29, 2006 12:35 am

well the upper crust let us all down by galloping at the 'start' i was standing on the hill where they started & it was already in a break before they let them go i thought (& hoped) it may be declared a non runner but there went my allup & f4's but fortuneately i got most of the damage that was done back & made a small loss

ironically a 100/1 pop was declared a non runner later in the night (as it should've been)

Great tipping bayman.

My mate's 30th yesterday and about 5 of us sat around at the Settlers Tab and used your selections.

We probably spent about $150 for a $500 return all together.

My mate got a $172 (I think) Trifecta on your tips =)
