Andrew Symonds will be playing for the Bulls too shame it's not being televised. Instead we're getting Tasmania vs Australia A ;)

Could we pick any more bowlers in that side? The batting looks very weak.

The side for mine will be:

Harris
Klinger
cooper
Manou (shouldnt bat here)
Borgas
OBrien
Christian
Weeks
Cullen
Tait
George

Theres 13 in the squad aswell. I expect Cullen to play, with Christian to be the fourth quick. Harris and Klinger would wana bat for a while otherwise 150 is a chance!

Plenty of batting there imo. If you are relying on 9,10 and 11 to make the runs we are in huge trouble.

A top 6 that includes Manou and O'brien is not a strong batting line up IMO.

i would like Borgas 4 Christian 5 Manou 6.

When Cossie gets back, cossie 4 borgas 5 christian 6 manou 7 o brien 8.

For mine, that is better a line up

I agree entirely. Manou shouldnt be batting any higher than 7. Id also like Christian to come in around 4 or 5 as I reckon given time and overs, he can do alot of damage.

Borgas made almost 200 runs without losing his wicket against QL in the SS game
It would be very dishonourable to bat Manou in front of a speciallist batsman
The reciprical would be Borgas wicketkeeping and captaining the team

I wouldnt bat Christian higher than 7 or 8
If he batted 6 or below he would be a chance of playing for Australia
SA cant afford to lose prob the most valuable player in the team

The sponsors have
SA $2-00
QL $1-80
I think we are better suited to a hot dry day
Hopefully the pitch is a road, which in my thinking would make SA fav to win
If its a bowling deck Rimma and his swing buddys are favs to win

The selection of Roy will assist SA
Age does weary

Hopefully Klinger and Doc Harris dont get poor decisions this time around

I think in the current SA line-up Christian should be batting higher than Manou.

As for a chance of playing for Australia, do you think Christian is good enough?

It took Ryan Harris two excellent years and a shift to Queensland before he was picked for his sole ODI last year....
