No he wouldn't but I can assure you Rehn wouldn't get close to what Laird has done at Central.
Hart and Jarman are classic examples of the difference a decent coach can have.

Surely, having lots of MONEY to spend on RECRUITS
obviously helps alot !
Look at the difference at the COCKS since Jarman got their 2 years ago !
Got no money , ya cant recruit and get better, can you !!!!!!

Whilst recruits would have something to do with a resurgance its only a minor part IMHO.
Chad Davis and Rhino O'Connor were recruited under Hart and Luke Ivens couldn't even get a game with Hart coaching.
Don't forget Hart was full time where Jars is only part time too.
Attitude, respect and players enjoying their footy is a lot more important than recruiting in a resurgance.
Having the nouse to get the right sort of recruits instead of just having $$ for recruits is also much more important.
North's Footy Manager James Moore has a lot to do with that, under Hart he was looking after the juniors.
Whats IMHO ?
