Someone rang up on 5AA the other night and talked about Manou, McDermott's response was 'you can't drop Choco'. Why not??

Choco piss off back to the jets and make some bloody runs you are no use to the redbacks

Wait now for some words of wisdom from the Coach Wayne Phillips

' Its not a good score but its 154 more than NSW have on the board, we have got those runs, they still need to get them'.

what a disgrace, i walked in just after 11 at 2/13.

NSW dropped about 6 catches and they alll went through the slips region. Jaques was the worst offender he dropped Deitz about 4 times!!!!!

MANOU MUST GO!!!!!!!!!!! what is he there for???? he just doesnt score runs when it really matters.

BOOF was the only bloke who from the first ball went out there with an attacking mindset.

154 after about 5 dropped catches at slip and some very poor captaincy.
How Domenic Thornley could bowl 14 overs before the 2nd best
leg spinner in the world got a bowl is beyond comprehension.
When Stewie finally got a bowl in over 50 something he took 3/6 of
6 overs including Boof for 32.
Thank goodness we got 41 cheap runs for 1 wicket with Thornley bowling.
And we won the toss and batted first on the Adelaide Oval.
I left at tea at 7/144 in sheer disgust.

My biggest disapointment was not seeing HeinREBiques play today, REB's
lovechild could not make the team.

ELLIOTT/BORGAS/FERGUSON/MANOU come on fellas the talent is there, do it.
Itsa sad day when perennial battler DIETZ and a 36 year old skipper are our
only 2 performers.
Lets not confine our batters as the non performers when the 3 prong attack
of GILLESPIE/TAIT/ROFE have hardly threatened opposing top orders.

We can and WILL improve but when ?

Phil Jaques can bat but cant catch.

I take you points Mal, and you are in a better position to asses talent than I am but how long can this go one for? I am starting to beleive that the talent is not in fact there and that is just a bit of hype from the SACA marketing department.

We have ben saying for the last few years that we will improve its just a matter of time, well how long do some players have?

Couple of good points there mal. Agree with most of what you said.
Also this isnt the first time Haddins captaincy has been questioned. Has made some interesting decisions of late.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

Fair point about Haddins captaincy in terms of the bigger picture but really you can't question it when he has just bowled a first class side out for 154.

the SACA need to make CHANGES immediately.

Elliot gets one more chance at best and show him the door

Manou well he has no idea with a bat, he got out jumping away and leaving the bat hanging.

Deitz played well, as did Boof and Fergie looked ok but didnt hang around long enough

we need to have our opening batsmen at 3rd and 4th because those two blokes are always batting at 2/6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

MAL PLEASE COME OUT OF RETIREMENT

CA
STAN

MT79 , BAYMAN and I go to most games at various stages, I think its a confidence
thing at this stage, we need someone to lead from the front.
Lehmann comes in too late
Bailey is bowling to batsman who are set, too late also.

The 3 guys who have the ability to ignite the JELLYbacks are
ELLIOTT who can get the team of to a start[as in Sydney hundred in the o/d game]
TAIT/GILLESPIE who can take early wickets and set up the game.
At this stage I am confident Dizzy and Taity can reserect the team.

If we can snare JAQUES tonight and have them abput 4/100 we can still win this match

NSW were 0/23 of about 4 overs once again the bowlers are down.

He may be struggling with the bat
but he has great hands and a excellent wicketkeeper.

Graham PLAY SHOTS stop trying to bat properly if you
bat like a spastic the runs can come back to you.
