So you don't drink Coke nor other associated beverages, never have a beer that's from the Foster Group nor wine for that matter, Four n Twenty pies, eat Samboy chips or CC's or Kettle's or Cheezels, never eat any Cadbury product, and also don't have Hungry Jacks either !
The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated

That's the funny bit Jabber.

The sad bit is he wouldn't know that all those products you mentioned are just as closely assosciated with the AFL.

Wonder if he drives a Toyota?

What it looks like is a slice of toast with unmelted butter that has been cut too many times.
Don't tell me you eat toast with unmelted butter?!! Don't say it's so JAS!

haha...like the article says...probably got their name either from being lined up on the plate like soldiers on parade or from the humpty-dumpty nursery rhyme but that's what everyone's always called them.

Although that's not my photo I sometimes have toast with melted butter but sometimes I like cold toast with unmelted butter just depends on my mood at the time. But when it comes to soldiers I agree with Pottsy...can't have soggy soldiers...kids have been known to riot over it

Strewth, there appears to be a whole sub-culture to go with this.
Unmelted butter is just going too far IMO. What sort of mood would that be anyway? Sounds like you'd be pretty pissed off to want unmelted butter on cold toast. I could never imagine myself waking up in the morning and saying "f*** it I'm in a shitty mood! I want unmelted butter on cold toast!"

I prefer cold toast with unmelted "real" butter too... and i'm never shitty.. sad, but not too often shitty

Not a 'shitty' mood at all theri. Sometimes I fancy hot toast and sometimes cold...each to there own. I actually prefer unmelted butter if I'm having marmalde on it as well.

Sorry, associated thinking.
Because I get real shitty if Mrs Theri serves me cold toast with unmelted butter on it, naturally I assumed everyone else in the world must be the same.
Me, I like hot thick toast, with an even layer of melted butter on every possible millimeter of surface area, smothered in a thicker coating of crunchy peanut butter, which would also be slightly melted because the toast is so hot. On top of that we need blueberry jam, slightly mixed in to the peanut butter, but only a little mixed. Like a lasagne, the roaring hot butter, peanut butter and jam toastie thrives on a lot of loving between the various layers, but the essence of its deliciousness lies in the staunch independence each layer adheres to right up until the moment it reaches the throat, where it usually sticks a while because I can't take small enough bites.
Good mood food. :D

Do you eat it cold as well?

Provided that it was once hot, cold aint too bad. All the dairy products need to be heated up at some stage.
I think it was Einstien that proved grilled cheese and tuna toasties become more delicious to a factor of twice the weight of the sandwich divided by 5 eighths once all the dairy products have been once exposed to melting temperature.

I avoid anything with artificial flavourings or colourings - they are usually petrochemical products and potentially cancer causing.
And no, I don't have to live on a bland diet to do so.
I do have to compromise on preservatives sometimes, but I figure the total load is the issue..
