How good did Khawaja look tonight, a million bucks! Such a sweet timer of the ball, hits to every part of the ground and is confident at the crease. WILL be a gun.

HOORAY WE BEAT THE BULLS! Not an easy task in the domestic scene. A really good sign that our years as the worst team on the ODD scene might be over.

It's strange that you keep carrying on about Khawaja. You are more known for your backing of guys who don't show such obvious talent. Surely the lack of response you get to your continual pumping up of Usman shows that no-one really disagrees that he is a very special talent. Whether he makes the most of his gift is yet to be seen though but I think he will and I look forward to seeing it.

NFC. Good old Captain Obvious to the rescue. Perhaps he's trying to claim him as his next 'protege'. ;)

Tim Paine will make his return from a finger injury when Bellerive Oval hosts its first domestic match under lights on Sunday. The Hobart ground had the floodlights installed during the off-season and the FR Cup game between Tasmania and Western Australia will be the first day-night match held at the ground

How good is young Mitch Marsh???????????

Currently 92 off 116 out of the teams total of 7/190 with one over left. A super talent by the looks of things.

A wonderful idea! Unfortunately the Australian cricket side is harder to get out of than it is to get in. Hussey will keep playing for a few more years. He may get a crack at Fergs No. 6 spot tho..

I have decided to claim Mitch Marsh as my own!

MAL i have said since his first innings of 4 or so that he made, that he will be a star! He has blossomed since then. a 60* off 29 balls, then going into the Sheffield Shield game and making runs and then back to the ODD format and making more!

What i have liked about him so far.
- Has got himself in and then accelerated
- Made runs when his side have been in trouble in both formats
- Bowls handy aswell which hasnt been seen on the state scene yet
- Maybe he could blossom as a number 7 this summer in preparation for the next world cup?

TA got up thanks to a half ton By Luke Butterworth

LADDER

QL 21[7]
TA 16[7]
VI 13[5]
WA 13[5]
NS 9[5]
SA [4]
That wonderFOOL decision to drop Klinger from the first o/d game has kickstarted our season ...
The decision to not play George of late is mesmerizing, sure he has a poor average in o/d cricket, but that will change

Looks a QL/VI final
SA need to win thier last 5 games to be a hope to qualify

And yes Mitch MARSH looks a real good young player

NSW v VIC at the SCG today.

Cameron White called Tails and won the toss. He has elected to bat.

VICS are short priced favourites, altho i think young Mitchell Starc could cause some headaches with the new ball and may snick up Rogers and Hodge early!!

Why waste conditions like this on a franger cup game ?
Shorter games should be played on roads

VIC all out 188.

Starc took 3, including the two openers.

Siddle made 8 with a strike rate of 100.. but lets see how he goes with the ball. Hopefully he looks sharp as the aussies need him fit for boxing day.
