900 charged in QLD,600 in NSW,200 in Victoria in a crackdown on drunken violence this weekend.

Why was it being filmed? What were the circumstances as it looked like there was a bit going on before he was hit?

I think the reason it was being filmed was that pendleburys friends obviously know that if there was no evidence that scott wasnt causing trouble, his name would be dragged through the mud. probably quick thinking. As soon as an argument started they started filming, just in case something happened.
