i was listening to the tab boss (mr. housten) answering all different type of queries & the answer that sticks out, tells me he doesn't even know the basic rules of the tab, regarding scratchings he was asked what happens he said everyone that backed the scratching will get a refund then asked about trifectas ,quinellas & so on he said IN ALL TYPE OF BETS YOU'LL GET A REFUND ON SCRATCHINGS

well mr. housten, if you have a treble,daily double or an extra double & YOUR HORSE/DOG is scratched YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND YOU GO ON TO THE FAVOURITE AS IT IS SUBSTITUTED FOR YOUR SCRATCHING

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE BASIC RULES MOVE OVER & GET SOMEONE THAT DOES

You certainly showed how INEFFICIENT this executive is BAYMAN.
You do not get a refund on Trebles/ Quaddys + Doubles.
In fact if you had a boxed trifecta with 3 runners, and one is scratched
you get left with 2 runners and no bet.

I dont even agree with the sub rule.
Imagine if you took a treble today..... fieldx efficient x field for a $1 unit = $144
You are backing EFFICIENT, the TAB advises people to place bets as early as possible
on Cup days, and its bloody scratched and you get put on the sub TAWQEET.
You are on a different horse....bullshit.....
