Whats the deal with Callington? Are they going on this year, if so have they picked up any key players?

Yeah i heard he went down for a week, just to have a look. I don't think it would be his cup of tea. Enjoys a beer with the boys a little too much for league standard.Pity.

yes he very much enjoys the odd lets say 20 beers the kid is a machine! i think he went to one training buts lets face it who wants to drive down to noarlunga to play footy & plus they are shite!

Yes the panthers are shite and it would be hard to see them improve if they are trying to recruit guys like McLean he isnt even in the top few big men in Country div.

People forget that he is only 20 years of age considering his size i think within a couple of years he will be one of the dominant big men in country div however at this present time i have to agree with you

He did make the association side, but i do agree. 2-3 years before he starts dominating.

If they are going to be as bad or even worse than last year i think the hilss league should step in and drop them back to c grade.

i thought the best option for them would be playing in the mid murray comp but i guess travel being the issue there but may have kept that comp going

Sounds as though Johnno is still making an impact in the Hills.
Have you replaced the reserves coach yet?
Sounds as though Burgo had the shortest lived coaching career in history.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

I hear that Leigh Matthews now has SJ on speed dial after the recent coaching seminar. I also noticed SJ and no-mercy exchanging their coaching ethos. No doubt the impact coach will be keen to take maccy into the finals in season 2010.

Definitely not the first time he's pulled out of something prematurely.
