i was of the understanding they dropped the 10% rule and lowered it to around 5%

Got to disagree about Fuller St mate, wankers often go down there at night doing at least 80+. When the pub was open there was one **** who did a burnout down the street every week-night at 1 am. Agree about Galway in recent times, however when I lived there in the early 90s there were lots of accidents near the Collingrove ave intersection, blokes falling off motor bikes, cars hitting trees in the medium st (at least 3 occassionsin a year), a stolen car ending up on top of my neeighbour 3 doors down wall. As far as I am concerned if you speed you should pay the price. This revenue raising is totally at the discretion of the driver.
