The game was due to finish 6 hours ago.
Did United equalise or are we still in extra time ?

I quickly switched over to the Villa - Blackburn game just before I left work and saw Villa score their 3rd, I just checked the scores and notice it finished 6-4.

Blackburn had a 2-0 lead early but Villa ran over them in the end, Emerton managed to get on the scoresheet.

Villa through to the Final with a 7-4 win on aggregate.

It was 0-0 at half time but Scholes scored, then Carrick just slotted one to put United 2-0 up.

Finish it lads!

Bugger it. Tevez scores after Rooney missed from the 6 yard box.

Oh, so the Carling Cup does actually mean something?
I thought it was just a Mickey Mouse Cup RM?

Yet you care enough to make 3 posts in 20 minutes.

I'm surprised you even watched it.

Mate do you realise who we played today?

It was Manchester City.

Beating them took preference, making the final is just a nice bonus.

I also didn't watch it, had to follow it from work instead. ;)

Yeah, I watched the entire game.
But it's amusing to me after you slated me repeatedly for getting excited about beating Arsenal 5-1 and also winning a final against Chelski, both of whom are our arch-rivals.

Funny when the boot's on the other foot hey...

Wow someone is a bit upset today? You must have been praying for City to win.

Difference is, this isn't our first win over City in 10 years, we have already beaten them in the league this season so we won't still be talking about this mornings game for the next 5 years.

Plus we couldn't let those rich kids buy their way into a final.

Already looking forward to the next derby.

Not upset as much as bemused at the complete hypocrisy of so many on the football boards today.

Gotta laugh it the stupidity of it all really, otherwise I'd cry.

Forgot to mention too, well done to the Utd fan who threw the lighter which clocked Bellamy right on the head.

What's the bet he get's off scott free as Utd always do when it comes to all things disciplinary.

Apparently the police have viewed security footage and identified the culprit. Charges will be laid and a court date set. He will face a magistrate via video link up as it is too far for the defendant to travel from London and neither the cash strapped United or the glory hunting fan can afford the travel costs.

Of course if he avoids jail time he will be free to watch the showpiece Wembley final in his home city.

Come on the Villa.

It's actally almost midnight in London, going for an overnight low of 2.

How many EPL games have you been to RM? Ever seen ManU live? Don't forget I lived in London for near on 2 years. Not far from Spurs and went to plenty of games.

I saw Man U cheating live in the flesh. I can assure you that it was just as ugly as seeing it on TV.
