Clubs of all description, from day dot, have always tried to fill their first team with the best available players. Our goal is to make finals every year and hopefully, the final result is a premiership. For the first time in a long time, we are able to move players through the grades to booster the teams and at times find the player some form. When the player takes this on the chin, pulls up his strides and turns up and performs, for another team, it gives us a great sense of pride. The club WILL always be bigger than the individual.
That's what has been the turnaround at our club this season, we have about 16-17 players that WANT to play A Grade, it gives it further incentive having our A Grade be our most successful side so far this season.
