Maybe not Jones, but i though Giffen was an SA boy all the time.

Gee that suprises me brod. Obviously they were stuck for names when naming adelaide oval stands. Who did Giffen play for before or after SA?

These figures from cricinfo.com.au include wickets ONLY AFTER the competition was named the Sheffield Shield.
From Cricketarchive.com
Giffen has 411 wickets for SA

and guess where I got my info (haha) from cricinfo

So this quiz will redone soon ;)
