I've kept it and send it out to others at work when they'd least expect it, I just change the title, it works a treat. :D

No doubt the Human Resources section will hang him out to dry.
It looked like an email he was in outlook.
Not the thing to do and i'm sure he'll never do it again but no way should he lose his job, that would be a horrendous penalty for the behaviour involved.

The images were not porn.
They were posted in GQ Magazine.
While Kerr was scantily clad, she was clad.

IMO - he'd have a good case against dismissal.

Agreed, in fact those photos of Kerr were run on all the news websites that are now teeing off on the poor bloke.

Warning, not dismissal for that.

He'll be out the door. Cant blame them really, that isn't on at work, everyone knows it.

Disagree with you there. What if it was an e-mail that he had opened up??

It's 2010, if people haven't worked out intranet policy in the workplace by now then bad luck I say.

Look at that stuff at home.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

I still ask this question...

Did someone dare him?
Has someone set him up?

Just seems a bit 'suss' to me.

He probably realised what had happened. The bloke in front of him was saying something probably along the lines of "you realise there's a camera on behind you".

Yeha but that bloke wouldn't have known what he was looking at - although I suppose 'nude pic guy' could have said some comment to elude the other guy to the fact.

I don't think he'll lose his job over it.

I'd be surprised if he doesn't to be honest. Depends if they want to make an example or not, but people have lost jobs over it before and that wasn't on national TV

Yeah - so brings the point of if guy 1 loses his job and it was sent from a fellow work mate - they'd have to lose their job as well??

You'd be a prick of a boss to have.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep

No

Or a prick of an IT person to report it. Sounds like a few people here haven't worked in a larger company that has an inflexible IT policy.

The bald dude sent him the email, he knew the other dude was looking at them, and was talking to him about how nice Kerr is. Then the bald dude told the other dude "Hey dude there's a camera there" and the dude turned around and hey presto your answer.........
