The rumour I heard was 12 and that the coach has a $60,000 budget to play with!

More then likely all rumour though

12 still aint much better than 8 though !!!
You reckon if he spends $0 of that budget that he gets to keep it ?? ;)

Wonder if there's any Kilburn folk on here and if they're concerned ?? What happens if they cant field a B grade side ??
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

My view is that its Para Hills and the rest and have no idea who else will be up there until the first few games. Everyone thought Lutherans would be strong after they flogged Greenacres in the first D4 game last year but it didn't happen.

I think PAC and CBC will go well in Div 3.
In my opinion stronger sides than the Mitcham and Portland who went up the year before.
Good luck to all!

I think a lot of members are overlooking Iggies this year. They have only lost Tyson but have gained Joe Pedler and Stephen White - two key position players combined with a good midfield of Frinsdorf, Tomich and Whiteman (provided he plays) should be a force to be reckon with.

However, PAC will be strong and I expect Mitcham to push for Top 3 as well.

Agree with Iggies. Tyson is a huge loss though, but if they get their best side on the park most weeks they will go ok. Muck like us last year, depth was a problem for Iggies too.

Not sure on Mitcham. Heard they may have lost a ruckman to Blackwood.

I think Seaton are in a similar position to SMOSH last year - they are expected to do well, and the pressure is on. Para Hills will be right in it again, as most years. SMOSH will be hard to beat too.

Now, im not sure who Baseballbat is, but im almost certain he is trying to deflect some heat off Seaton. Very clever tactic boys ;)
Seaton are the favourites for D3, no amount of 'pumping up' other teams will change that. They are the side that everyone else will be measuring themselves against, in the early rounds at least.

Not sure where you'd have heard that. Have had good numbers out to trainings and keep seeing all the familiar faces. Not aware of any losses.
