SANFL DRAW RELEASE DATE YET TO BE CONFIRMED

Postby - » Tue Nov 21, 2006 12:47 pm

Just rang the league and girl said the draw still has to go out to the GM's for their approval. At least a couple of weeks away still.

apparently, Central has 10 home games & 5 under lights. Better up-grade your camera, Wedgie!

lol, I'll only go out there for a North game.
I might outsource the camera work for that game to Campbell's brother as he's got a much better setup than I had.
Worse comes to worse remind me to change my ISO settings if I have to head out there under lights again! ;)

I'll repeat what I've said in the past ...

They are fixtures - not a draw.....

Dunno, Draw seems more appropriate as the SANFL seems to draw it out of a hat at times.

The fixture may be delayed due to the works at Adelaide Oval,IIRC the Anzac Day clash may have to move,Thebby was a lose suggestion.Perhaps the lack of availability of Adelaide Ovel is impacting on the release, not sure how myself,but...

I prefer draw as the word fixture, one would think all games would be fixed but as last season showed when big brother AFL wants a game moved so be it.

actually ive neglcted the bails.

A wicket is a scalp or victim more than a pitch too.

a wicket also has a keeper.

the ball pitched outside leg not wicketed outside leg.

When you think about it, why should this delay it for? We know it will have an impact on the draw/fixture  but no one really knows how long for until it happens? So why don't they just not plan Adelaide Oval fixtures until a certain date, then announce any changes when you get closer to the rounds?
