Short answer- NO, long answer- he seem to have a very good ability to attract players, yet has had some v/good sides over the years, but always fallen short

BENCHMARK

Check your facts ...Kangys have recruited about 10 new players plus there are 6 returning ..4 recruits have all played A grade footy, so dont go gobbing off at who they have recruited JUST reserve your comments until the season is underway ,as for the coach, lets also leave that til during the year, but clg bottom to top then minor premiers just missed out on back to back had no luck in a prelim, doesnt matter wat division or where it was it happened ,track record is excellent in getting teams into finals .......so judge the team and the coach at the end of the year ,my mail is kangys going about things very well and very low key .............have a nice day

You seem to waft around CRICHTON around like a bad smell. Sure you are not related?? From SAAFL to HFL you appear everywhere he has or is.

Harden up princess ;)

Time will tell, if an average coach and players can perform in a Div 2 comp. For some of the lads I hope they find the success they want. But they need to be aware it will in all probability end in tears, just like past performances.

We will see my friend time will tell ....coaches record is sound he has never missed finals in 10 years of coaching and seeing as you from cove you will recall an under 18 team bottom to a prelim beaten by two points. Now i believe a few of those lads playing good A grade footy so cant be all bad.Interesting to also note that kangarilla have people who play for the club not the $$. Lets leave it at that or pandoras box may open. No more personal stuff Vics01.

Looks like TV have picked up yet another player. A previous mail medalist from another leaguge. Been training the house down. Even fitter than Benny Gunning and Jimbo Sitters. His first name is Scott. Yet more money and more points. Will anyone get close to these guys??

Looks Like Torrens Valley is Recruiting Heavily for Next Years Central Division Push, would be pretty hard to refuse them if they destroy the Country teams, Whoever is in the bottom two in Central would be on the chopping block one would think. But then again they have recruited heavily in the past and they have fallen before, who knows what will happen.

Also after speaking with TV sources, Hilly he has confirmed he is a 100% starter next year and that they are speaking to Backwell, but not sure if they can fit him in with points. But if they can get around that he is around a 70% chance to play with them next year.

Wow, that'd be another big coup for the HFL Country Div.

Does anyone associated with TV know if they're sticking by their push for Central promotion?

Speaking to a few of the players yes they are. But 1 would think the comittee would want to get moving on the topic sooner rather than later

The application was lodged last year, so I don;t think the committee needs to do anything.

Forgive me if this is incorrect, but my understanding is that if the application remains in place at 30 June 2010, TV will replace a club in Central Division for the 2011 season.

I don't know the criteria for deciding which club goes down, whether it's A Grade wooden spooners, or an overall club wide performance thing. Depends what's in the HFL constitution.

All the ex angaston players including kyle are playing at maccy as for kyles stint at south adelaide that only lasted one week :) have had consistent numbers on the track & havent lost any players from last year

Quick go at the Ladder seeing as the Season will be here soon.....

Torrens Valley (one would think a Given)
Echunga (Picked up some quality players to replace what they lost)
Kersbook (Still around the mark I would think even though they have lost some good quality players)
Gumeracha (Pretty similar to last year But from 4th Position to 8th Position I think it will be very Close).
Kangarilla

Meadows

Macclesfield
Nairne
Sedan Cambrai
Callington[/b]

Here's my tip:

Torrens Valley (even Blind Freddy could win a Grand Final with a team like that if the recruiting rumours are true)
Kersbrook
Echunga
Nairne
Macclesfield
Gumeracha
Kangarilla
Meadows
Sedan Cambrai
Callington
