WLF from what i hear j.bell very comfortable with the recent addition to his scales but exelby isnt seeing the funny side so much-to say the least, might want to start puttin training/goin for a jog before the hot dogs and movie marathons. good luck to the lads on the track tonight i hope you get a good turn out!!

The camp was great down at Rapid Bay - some real hard work done during the day and then fireworks at night. Sore as hell Special I can tell you
