well couple of days late and bad news. 127.7. :oops:

up a bit, however, it is down a couple of kilo's from what it peaked at in the middle of the month. damn silly season dragged on a little longer this year. (the boys trip to summernats definately didnt help...)

Um... Are you meaning "71, is that all you are down to?", or "71 isn't much" or something else? I started at 73 at the start of the year, which I felt is too much for someone who is only 5'7", so in two months of trying to eat less crap, and eat less generally, as well as exercise more, I think 2 kgs in 2 months is reasonable... just hope I can continue the trend for another couple of months, and then I'll be happy with it.
