As for dropping the ball it was caught about a foot off the ground in full view of our keeper, a couple of other slips, gully and fine leg who all just instantaneously erupted. Surely this many people dont start celebrating instantaneously if there was any doubt, unless your playing for Wingies. The only reason there was any doubt was becoz the batter couldnt see as it was bowled and edged at a fair rate of knots and it bobbled abit and i ended up getting it behind me. I couldnt believe it at the time as it was a "clean-ish" catch caught way off the ground. Anyway Bored that was yonks ago mate and we won so it didnt matter in the end.

As for Col not seeing it, thats about as dodgy as the last wicket to fall for Vista that day....the dodgiest LBW ive ever seen. I had a pretty good view from short fine leg and it would gone over a second set of stumps. Even the bowler barely appealed.

Perfect drug...not sure who your claiming to be, but im trying to remember who bowled that ball. Seeing as tho your a port fan and from glenunga thiers only one person it can be, so ill check your stats and see if your story checks out. Or you can save me the time and PM me.

As per the bolded, It wasn't Giggs. So who else could it be, baring in mind there was no Bourkey either back then :P Heh, have pm'd ya

[quote="Ted"]i also heard that he is holds the record for being the tallest midget in the world.
impressive!

he will also be on a pair if PV are fortunate to make another GF.

there will be no one rooting for that more than him team mates!!

A sauce close to Para Vi$ta told me that he is no certainty to play IF PV make the GF. If my memory is correct I believe he found a good deck chair whilst on his travels through sunny Qld. It will make for a comfortable seat to watch the GF.

I would have to say Baldo Player of the year. Runner up Dave lochel. Pretty boy award would have to be shared by Richie Marshall and Paul Wright. I am sure that's what they would tell you. Russ Gorski has had the best finish to the year.

Are you serious Wright should not be on this list. I thought he was there for Comedy value. You sure you dont want your BF Travis on there. As far as your concerned he is the best allrounder in the comp. What a joke.

As in batting and bowling skills. I still do rate OX as the best all-rounder 'I have seen' in the comp. You wont find a batter that enjoys facing him. Paul wright had a very good year. If 348 runs and 25 wickets is comedy to you, you are the joke. over and out. Can you please put your stats up?

Sorry mate but it is a big step up to Div 1. I know Reidy can play up but not sure if the confident Mr Wright could handle it.
