From what I saw, yes. They don't necessarily need a dominant KPP either, the couple of big fellas they already have can at least bring the ball to the ground, so all they need is one or two clever small forwards.

the thing is the big guy your talking about is ian bellmen who i must say was very good but he has signed at smithfield and is contracted to brama lodge so where he ends up is anybodys guess

All reprts say Ian is playing for Central United this year. im sure if he was 'contracted' to brahma lodge he would not have played.

Carey is correct.

How did Flinders go tonight against Kangarilla?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

West croydon would hope it wouldn't be a tight game as I'm sure they want to be looking for
finals this year so they should be a class above

He's not the 1st one to make a wrong statement on this website this year. After all you did compare the Mallee League as "A far better standard to div 3,4 and 5"......

I don't agree. Riverland Div 1 or River Murray FL is not as good as top Div 3 so I fail to see how Mallee League is. It's not an ego contest, it's just not as good.

I agree with you Kookaburra. People tend to get very excited about the quality of country teams every year. But whenever a city team plays a country team in a trial or carnival, the country team always gets pantsed. Badly. Div 3 city is better than a country team. Simple.

A huge loss against Kangarilla during the week by Flinders U has been followed by a good showing against Paralowie, going down by a several goals. It will be interesting to see the result against Angle Vale.

Glenunga beat Houghton by a fair bit today which I think would have to make them the favourites in this div at the moment.

Yes, going by today's trial I think Glenunga will go through the season undefeated and we'll struggle to win a game. Doesn't bode well for us considering we had only one person unavailable today.

As I said. Its in the hand of the football gods... Greenacres are 'very' keen to get me across and feel I will be very good for there game plan. My future is un-decided for now but in the next 4 days I will make a decision they make tick people off but it's my decision. Regardless of my choice of clubs, I hold no regrets and have no anamosity towards anybody at either club.

I would love to play 'a' there but realistically that isnt an option this year. Greenacres have a strong criteria for playing a grade, they are a very committed 'a' grade and personally, I dont feel I would have the skill or fitness to play in there A grade... But in saying that, I 'will' strive to get fit and in the unlikely case the a grade call me up I would gladly play but that is very highly unlikely. There are many more players more deserving. Greenacres A grade will go places this year.

So you think Greenacres have more chance than Central United, so you are jumping ship :o At least you have got a chance to play "a" grade if you stay at Central United.
