have changed a lot of my diet in recent weeks though. in the past going cold turkey with my diet changes has been a disaster, so have been slowly changing things, seems to be going ok so far.
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

Still on the 95.6 Kg plateau - I don't seem to be able to shift from there at present. :(

at the gym for a bit now. can't remember how long. getting in maybe 4 days a week for 45 mins each. not any lighter but definitely feelin heaps better about myself!
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Back home in Adelaide and Mum's cooking for the past few weeks.

Have had to punish myself on the workouts a little bit harder.

All in all, now that I've made the lifestyle changes, finding it pretty easy to maintain my target weight.

Hover around 61kg.
