That's the problem with Prospects BBQ, its manned by some very long time volunteers. They've been there as long as I can remember.
The problem is they're very slow and IMHO would fail an inspection for hygeine.
As much as the club would be reluctant to do it, they need to move them on.
If I 3 manned that BBQ with a couple of others I could pump out 5 times as many snags at probably an improved quality.
I love a good BBQ and was keen for one on Saturday but didn't even attempt it when I saw how long the line was and how slow it was moving and that was half time of the ressies! Got a crappy pastie that was too hot!

Should start doing what a couple of the groggies do and have lunch at Cafe Cena before walking down to Prossy.
