Obviously Advertiser editor doesn't read this forum as he missed my rant about big dog meet at Wentworth Park being written in a small corner box in TAB section LOL!! ;)

For the final it's in a small corner box again but..........

Got to love Fancy Mandy again for this final. It's in the prime draw out of box 2, has run 29.49 and 29.70 in the elimination heats for this 525 final and it's main opposition drawn in the outside boxes.

Think Proven Jett is an up and comer but will probably miss a place in this final.

Also like a 4 dog boxed trifecta (cost is $24 to receive full dividend) of Fancy Mandy, Cosmic Rumble, Ruff It and High Earner.

Will be interested to see the winning div if Fancy Mandy does get up as it was only paying $2.20 on fixed odds and despite it's awesome times and draw, I feel that people will back High Earner just because it's High Earner.

Also like Drill 'em for the 720 final.

Sorry night at the office.
Fancy Mandy was still in the box seat down back straight but considering the relatively slow winning time of Cosmic Rumble's (30.12) it just didn't produce with High Earner possible feeling the effects of a long campaign when it finished near last.

Gawler today distances
1...400m
2...531
3...531
4...531
5...531
6...531
7...400
8...531
9...531
10..400
11..400

Guess which 4 races I didnt bet in
Guess which 4 races Taxi Robbie didnt bet in
Guess which 3 races Donny didnt bet in [he had a bet in race 1]

Taxi and I punted together
After the last Donny called and we discussed Gawler
Just goes to show in my circle of friends how unpopular the blinkfests are
And why I cant ever punt on Gawler meetings religiously any more

Ive been fulla praise for how GRSA has been proactive and very succesful in recent times
But the blinkfest innovation is iffy
And now the blinkfests are in the quaddie /treble legs

Blinkfests good for owners and trainers
But boring events to watch

an early look at sheppy a little later this morning

4 - 7-3-6 and 1-8 for tri/first 4s

5 - 2 should win and the 1 can get the nice run behind it to place

6 - 2 just the clear pick here

7 - 7-1-6

8 - 6-1-2

9 - 2 should be winning from the inside draw, the 8 can be placed, goes ok out wide

10 - 8-1-3

11 - 3-8-6-1

12 - 6-8-7 - these are the clear top 3 and should run the exacta if not the tri and the 2 appears next best

looking forward to another profitable morning at sheppy

be back later
